Both series of the blades are made by Japanese stainless steel SUS420J2 with normal polish. The Rockwell of blades is around 56 degree.
DF series
- Zinc alloyed handles, the drop-forged Japanese stainless steel SUS420J2 blades with razor finish. The Rockwell of blades is around 56-57 degree.
CB series
- SUS440C blade by stamping, razor finish. The Rockwell of blades is around 59 degree.
C series
- imported SUS440C drop-forged rough blank (from handle to blade) from Japan, razor finish. The Rockwell of blades is around 59 degree.
CF series
- imported SUS440C drop-forged rough blade (not include handles) from Japan, razor finish. The Rockwell of blades is around 59 degree.
V series
- imported ATS314 (with cobalt) drop-forged rough blank (from handle to blade) from Japan. The Rockwell of blades is around 60 degree. The cobalt is able to increase the sharpness, the hardness and the strength, with excellent cutting and longer cutting life.
VF series
- imported ATS314 (with cobalt) drop-forged rough blade (not include the handles) from Japan. The Rockwell of blades is around 60 degree. The cobalt is able to increase the sharpness, the hardness and the strength, with excellent cutting and longer cutting life.
